We are hiring a Leasing Consultant for Willowdale Apartments located in West Chester, PA. This is a full-time position requiring at least two years of sales and/or customer service experience, with apartment leasing experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Act as the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents via phone or in person.
2. Assist prospective residents in finding suitable apartment homes.
3. Manage leads and follow up promptly using the lead management system.
4. Conduct virtual, self-guided, in-person, or video tours of apartments.
5. Process applications following company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
6. Prepare lease paperwork and facilitate the move-in process.
7. Maintain the community's appearance for showings, including cleaning and preparing units.
8. Support community marketing and resident relations, including social media and resident events.
9. Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Benefits & Compensation

The position offers a pay range of $19-21 per hour, with monthly renewal bonuses, occupancy bonuses, leasing commissions of $100 per lease, and a $700 sign-on bonus. Benefits commence on the first of the month following 30 days of employment and include:
