Position: Full-Time Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a great team member of this high-energy community with 331 apartment homes in Lynn, MA. The role involves creating satisfaction and well-being for residents, responding to inquiries, interviewing prospective residents, conducting site tours, and handling lease paperwork and data entry.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Guide prospects from initial contact to resident status
• Maintain and improve closing ratios
• Collect rental deposits and process rental paperwork
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and in excellent condition
• Assist in managing social media and organizing resident events
• Build brand loyalty through positive resident interactions

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred but not required
• 1-3 years experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred)
• Sales aptitude and professional appearance
• Availability to work weekends
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
