FULL-TIME LEASING CONSULTANT

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a great team member of this high-energy community with 288 apartment homes in Bel Air, MD. We expect the Leasing Consultant to create the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the community while aligning with the company's goals & objectives. This individual works in conjunction with the office team by responding to inquiries, interviewing prospective residents, conducting site tours, preparing and completing lease paperwork, and data entry.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Guide prospects from initial interest to resident status.
2. Maintain and improve closing ratios.
3. Collect rental deposits.
4. Process all rental paperwork accurately.
5. Ensure the property is well-maintained and in excellent condition.
6. Manage the property’s social media and coordinate resident events.
7. Build brand loyalty through positive resident interactions.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred).
• Sales aptitude.
• Professional appearance.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
