About The Position

We’re seeking a talented leasing consultant responsible for coordinating apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

• Provide excellent customer service, listen, understand, and show empathy.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, prepare documentation, and manage move-in/out processes.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for tours.
• Orient residents, process renewals, and maintain records.
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into tours.
• Inspect apartments before move-ins, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are in move-in condition.
• Maintain confidential resident files and complete weekly reports.
• Assist with resident relations and property upkeep.
• Support management with clerical tasks and resident activities.
• Comply with policies, safety rules, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Preferably one year of sales and residential leasing experience.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass Fair Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion training within 30 days.
