Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing and marketing programs, promote the property image, and assist management with resident programs.

You will tour the community with prospective residents, process leases, and help drive retention through events and campaigns. This role includes rent collection and supporting resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community to help future residents find their next home.
• Process lease applications and type up leases.
• Plan and attend resident events.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct campaign research, reporting and retention activities.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
