Job summary

TM Associates is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. You will work under the Community Manager to drive occupancy, market vacant units, and manage leasing processes with prospective tenants.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of LIHTC on-site experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. You will participate in meetings and uphold TM Associates' standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years onsite LIHTC experience.
• Achieve and maintain occupancy by presenting property and amenities positively to prospective tenants.
• Prepare occupancy reports.
• Advertise available units using various media and promotional materials.
• Determine needs and economic viability of prospect customers.
• Confirm rental application data and references.
• Knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
