Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. (TMAM) is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Brambleton, VA properties. You will work under the Community Manager to showcase apartments, screen prospective tenants, and support occupancy goals while following established policies.

In this role you will advertise units, handle applications, provide property information with a customer‑focused approach, and collaborate with on‑site teams. A reliable vehicle and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and optimize occupancy by presenting property and amenities positively.

• Assess prospect needs and determine economic viability of rentals.
• Process rental applications and verify references.
• Attend meetings and training sessions and participate in team activities.
