What You'll Be Doing

1. Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale, completing lease documents, and inspecting apartments to ensure a positive move-in experience.
2. Understand the property's features and how they meet prospective residents' needs.
3. Implement creative marketing strategies to increase traffic, including online posts, social media, and outreach marketing.
4. Support occupancy and retention goals by following up with potential and current residents.
5. Use problem-solving skills to handle unpredictable situations.
6. Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to assist residents in decision-making.
7. Build relationships with residents through courteous and timely responses.
8. Prepare lease documents, resident files, and handle bookkeeping tasks with attention to detail.
9. Plan and organize resident events with team members.
10. Assist in collecting delinquent rents.
11. Inspect and maintain the property's appearance daily, including office, models, and amenities.
12. Work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

What You Must Have
