The Leasing Consultant is responsible for welcoming prospective residents, coordinating tours, responding to leasing inquiries, and interacting with current residents regarding daily issues and lease renewals. This role acts as a communication hub between residents, management, and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors
• Lease apartments and promote property offerings
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Standards
• Monitor leasing traffic and trends
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and competitive awareness
• Assist in marketing activities to position Bell communities as preferred choices
• Review resident applications per Bell guidelines
• Complete lease documentation and files
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Qualifications:
