Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Ambassador who will be at the forefront of the community, delivering exceptional service to prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process to help achieve maximum occupancy.

You will participate in on- and off-campus marketing events, conduct tours, manage inquiries, coordinate move-in activities, and support the Sales & Marketing Manager with social media campaigns, while maintaining accurate logs and complying with Fair Housing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major preferred (Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Public Relations).
• Must possess strong organization skills and be reliable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Conduct tours and lead follow-up with leads.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and email campaigns.
• Respond to internet and telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and prospective resident accounts; comply with Fair Housing laws.
• Perform move-in related duties including unit inspections and make-readies.
