Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC seeks a Leasing Ambassador to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and support on- and off-campus marketing events to achieve maximum occupancy before move-in.

You will manage tours, follow up with leads, and work with the Sales & Marketing team to meet sales goals. Strong organization, reliability, and interpersonal skills are essential, with a high school diploma required and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; pursuing a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office; Entrata experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and communicate information to prospective residents and guarantors.
• Close sales per training guidelines: generate leads, schedule tours, follow up, and promote the community via social media and campaigns.
• Perform daily opening/closing tasks, model/tour route checks, and housekeeping as needed.
• Attend Landmark LineUp and staff meetings; respond to inquiries promptly; maintain detailed prospective resident logs.
