Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Ambassador to be at the forefront of our community, delivering exceptional service to prospective residents and driving occupancy. You will guide applicants through the leasing process, plan and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events, and meet sales goals set by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Generate new leads and complete guest cards.
• Schedule and conduct tours; handle follow-ups.
• Assist in marketing the community via social media and campaigns.
• Support Move-in day activities and related tasks.
