Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Leasing Ambassador to lead the resident leasing process, engage prospective residents, and help achieve high occupancy. You will guide tours, handle inquiries, and contribute to on- and off-campus marketing events while meeting sales targets set by the Sales & Marketing leadership.

The role requires strong communication, organization and time management with flexibility for evenings and weekends during peak move-in periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and communicate all information to prospective residents and guarantors.
• Close sales by generating leads, scheduling tours, following up, and promoting the community via social media and campaigns.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists and conduct model and tour route inspections.
• Attend Landmark LineUp meetings and participate in staff meetings.
• Respond to internet and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed activity logs in prospective resident accounts and adhere to Fair Housing laws.
• Assist with move-in activities including inspections, cleaning, painting, and furniture placement.
• Support Operations Team with Move-in Day as needed.
