Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is seeking a leasing consultant to welcome prospects, answer inquiries, schedule tours and guide applicants through the leasing process at our Mesa property.

You will assist the Community Manager with marketing, leasing operations, and resident relations while handling administrative duties, move-in documentation, and rent collection to ensure smooth property performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Driver’s License required with reliable auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Handle rental inquiries, schedule appointments, conduct property tours, explain community amenities, and use leasing techniques to maintain occupancy goals.
• Support the Community Manager with marketing initiatives, leasing operations, resident relations, and administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient property operation.
• Process applications, maintain rental records, prepare move-in documentation, collect rents and deposits, and coordinate resident service requests.
