Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages to ensure smooth leases.

The role involves offsite marketing, referrals, market analysis, staying updated on technology and tools, and maintaining property appearance and safety while delivering excellent resident

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience preferred in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Strong proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site) and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Designs offsite marketing to drive traffic and referrals.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing plans.
• Ensure lease terms are followed and renewal programs completed.
