With 1-2 years in leasing or customer service, you’ll thrive on building relationships, meeting targets, and using property management software and MS Office to stay organized and responsive.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours and present lease options to prospective residents.
• Handle daily leasing operations and tenant communications.
• Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into leases.
• Support the leasing team to deliver a premium living experience.
