Bigos Management, Inc. is seeking Leasing Consultants at Lowertown Lofts in St. Paul, MN. This role handles apartment inquiries, tours, and lease processing, contributing to high occupancy while upholding the company’s service standards.

You will interact with prospective and current residents, manage move-ins and renewals, and participate in trainings. The position emphasizes customer service, organization, and teamwork within an employee-first culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Leasing experience preferred if possible.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding available apartments and schedule visits.
• Give tours of available apartments meeting prospects' needs.
• Explain advantages of renting from Bigos Management.
• Qualify prospects using company procedures.
• Move-in new renters and discuss lease terms; conduct move-in inspections.
• Follow up with residents on lease renewals.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Inspect vacant apartments and perform light cleaning to keep rent-ready condition.
