Responsibilities include leasing support, marketing coordination, administrative duties, and ensuring timely move-ins/move-outs while maintaining strong tenant relations in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate resident records and update rents, deposits, and fees.
• Issue notices for late payments, evictions, or bounced checks.
• Greet residents and manage leasing inquiries and showings.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and ensure smooth tenancy transitions.
• Assist in marketing leasing efforts and resident retention initiatives.
• Prepare reports and communicate rent and occupancy data to the supervisor.
