Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to join our leasing team at a Florida property. You will greet prospects, show units, qualify residents, tour communities, and sign leases.

This on-site role requires daily presence, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, a 401K with employer matching, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing activities: appointments, tours, lead generation, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with lease audits and turnovers.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales/marketing strategies to increase property traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations, handling complaints and requests.
