Job summary

Thompson Thrift is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for a multifamily community in Monument, Colorado. You will support the Community Manager in financial, leasing, and administrative tasks to maintain performance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in property operations, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. On-site duties include rent processing, resident communications, and coordinating move‑ins/outs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property management or operations.
• Experience in on-site leasing and rent collections is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and emergencies as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for outreach and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing performance by assisting with follow‑up, application processing, and renewal coordination.
• Monitor leasing activity, traffic, and conversion trends to support occupancy goals.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency management per policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate resident ledgers and post payments, adjustments and activity.
• Process daily deposits and assist with financial reporting and coordination with internal teams.
• Coordinate move‑ins/outs and inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide on-site operational support and assist during high-traffic periods.
