Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and tours for prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospective and current residents and establish rapport.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present apartment community professionally at all times.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and resident retention.
