Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Canterbury House Apartments & The Retreat in Michigan City, IN. You will lease apartments via tours and phone inquiries, provide outstanding customer service, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs to ensure resident satisfaction.

We offer a weekly payroll with a $17.00/hour base pay plus leasing commissions, along with opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Math skills: basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s and 100s).
• Reasoning skills: follow detailed but simple instructions with common sense.
• Beginner experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and apartment tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up and establish rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present apartment community in a professional manner at all times.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations and renewal processes.
