Proficiency with email and web tools is required, along with strong customer service and sales skills. The role emphasizes team collaboration, resident satisfaction, and meeting leasing targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Proficient with email, internet and web-based applications.

• Tour and lease apartments and promote community products and services.
• Handle leasing process from introduction to occupancy.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and collect move-in items.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve issues; create service requests.
