Job summary

Equity Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Frisco, TX. This role focuses on marketing the community, following up on leads, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance residents’ experiences while maintaining property appeal.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience in retail or hospitality. Proficiency with property management software and Google Suite is preferred; a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service orientation with retail or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management software and Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to sales leads and promote the community to prospective residents.
• Schedule and conduct tours, using effective selling techniques to close leases.
• Support marketing efforts and contribute to online presence and advertising campaigns.
• Explain lease provisions and policies, coordinate move-in activities and orientations.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution.
• Manage leasing documents, process payments, and oversee move-in procedures.
• Work schedule Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm.
