Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate in Atlanta is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will engage prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, screen credit, prepare leases and support smooth move-ins.

Required is a High School Diploma or GED; experience in property management, sales or customer service is preferred. Proficiency with Entrata Yardi and/or OneSite is a plus, and weekend availability may be

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and leasing paperwork.
• Designs offsite and onsite marketing to drive traffic to the property.
• Analyzes market trends and adjusts marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Ensures timely lease renewals and smooth move-in experiences.
• Maintains property appearance and safety standards.
