Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated leasing ability and talent to engage with the public.
• Strong leadership skills with knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in on-site computer hardware and software applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects/residents and tour properties.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties by meeting prospects, explaining features, and processing applications.
• Prepare and sign leases; collect notices to vacate; manage renewal letters.
• Post rents, prepare deposits, and handle related administrative tasks.
• Train new staff and assist Community Manager with reports.
