Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador in Tallahassee to drive resident experience and leasing success. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, support marketing efforts, and participate in community events to maximize occupancy year over year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant major preferred (Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential.
• Self-discipline and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospect residents through the leasing process and support sales goals.
• Conduct tours, generate leads, complete guest cards, and follow up on inquiries.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on-/off-campus marketing events.
• Enter maintenance requests and maintain detailed logs for prospects and residents.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive community environment.
