Job summary

Royal American Companies is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a property, mentor associates, and ensure exceptional resident services. Lead budgeting, marketing, and compliance while maintaining high occupancy and positive community relations.

You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and develop programs to enhance resident satisfaction and property performance, working closely with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years property management experience preferred.
• ARM or CAM designations preferred.
• Proficiency in One Site or similar PM software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned property operations and budgets.
• Supervise and train community associates.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Develop marketing and resident services programs to drive occupancy.
• Ensure rent collection and security deposit processes are compliant.
• Coordinate vendor management and property maintenance.
