Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant at Granville Towers in Chapel Hill, NC. You will support leasing activities, provide excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming living environment for residents and parents while following ACC standards.

You'll conduct tours, process inquiries, log contacts in Salesforce, participate in events, and assist with Move-In/Move-Out duties.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program at an accredited college or university.
• Assist in selling and leasing to prospective residents and parents.
• Maintain professional customer service and uphold BOSS standards.

Responsibilities

• Give leasing tours and answer inquiries.
• Enter prospective resident information into Salesforce.
• Plan and participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, and events.
• Assist with Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes.
• Maintain clean common areas and report hazards promptly.
