Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing efforts and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, assist in planning and executing marketing events, and help meet sales goals as directed by the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

The role requires effective communication, deadline adherence, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, including resident lockouts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate housing contracts and addendums to residents and guarantors.
• Close sales following LEASE Training guidelines: generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, follow up on leads.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Provide professional representation of Landmark Properties and maintain a positive community environment.
• Resolve resident concerns by escalating to the appropriate manager.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists and conduct model and tour route inspections.
• Enter maintenance requests, log activity, and enforce housing policies per the contract.
