Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent in Salt Lake City to welcome prospective residents, show properties, process applications, and secure leases. You will support move-in processes and renewals while upholding Fair Housing laws and company policies.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday 9 am–6 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service will also be considered.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and assist with viewing/ touring the property.
• Process rental applications and secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
• Assist with lease renewals and maintain occupancy levels as per budget and owner objectives.
• Maintain resident files and ensure confidentiality and proper documentation.
