Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant at Raiders Pass - Lubbock, TX to support leasing, resident services, and property operations.

You will conduct tours, process inquiries, and help coordinate Move-In/Move-Out while delivering excellent customer service and upholding BOSS standards.

A degree or certificate program must be in progress; evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate program must be in progress.
• Experience in leasing or customer service desired.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or leasing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close the sale with tours, leads, and follow-up.
• Enter resident information into Salesforce leasing system.
• Plan and participate in housing fairs, open houses, and events.
• Maintain show rooms and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support Turn, Move-In, Move-Out processes.
