Job summary

Greystar is hiring a part-time Community Assistant for Union Baseline in Boulder, CO. You will support leasing, marketing, and customer service tasks at the community, including administrative duties and resident interactions.

The role involves conducting tours, handling inquiries, processing leases, and assisting with move-ins/outs while maintaining resident satisfaction. On-site team support and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks for the leasing office (copying, filing, notices, rent payments).
• Assist with sales and leasing activities (virtual tours, inquiries, tours, showings).
• Prepare lease paperwork and organize resident lease files.
• Support move-in/move-out process and schedule on-call shifts.
• Answer calls, set tours, and coordinate marketing outreach.
