Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for U Club Townhomes on Marion Pugh in College Station, TX. The role involves leasing, resident services, and promoting community programs while delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

You will support marketing efforts, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and participate in Turn/Move-In/Move-Out cycles, with evening and weekend availability as required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program at an accredited college or university.
• Experience in customer service or leasing/sales is preferred.
• Availability for evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Close sales by generating leads, scheduling tours, and following up with prospects.
• Conduct leasing tours and respond to inquiries.
• Enter resident information into the Salesforce leasing management system promptly.
• Participate in marketing events, social media campaigns, and community events.
• Assist with Turn, Move-In, Move-Out processes and maintain community standards.
