Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Associate at CMPND. The Leasing Associate will be responsible for leasing, lease administration, communication with leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Leasing and Lease Administration skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in property management or real estate leasing
• Knowledge of lease agreements and property laws
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills:Must be comfortable interacting with potential tenants, current residents, and team members.
• Customer Service Focused:Ability to provide an exceptional experience for prospects and tenants alike.
• Detail-Oriented:Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred):Previous experience in leasing, sales, or property management is a plus, but not required.
• Legal Knowledge (Preferred):Understanding of Fair Housing laws and tenant rights is a bonus.
