Under supervision, the Lease Associate oversees all inquiries pertaining to company’s Leasing program. They direct customers to the 3rd party leasing company and serves as the liaison between them. They communicate with both parties ensuring timely resolution of issues/concerns.

• Receives, reviews & processes credit applications timely provided by customers.
• Provides quotes and/or completes order entry of requested items to lease/finance.
• Communicates and interacts with third party lease/finance companies to facilitate customer’s credit application.
• Completes all required forms such as lease/finance agreement & terms.
• Verifies customer credentials and relays any discrepancies to lease/finance companies.
• Follows up accordingly to ensure timely delivery of products
