Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation is seeking a Leasing Associate for Commerce Park in Harrisburg, PA. The role is the first contact for prospective residents, guiding applicants through the rental process and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive impression of our communities.

You will support leasing and administrative operations, coordinate events, and assist with marketing, move-ins/outs, and maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Experience in direct customer service is required.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in an administrative or office setting is highly preferred.
• Experience in residential leasing is a plus.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent computer and typing skills are required.
• Must possess excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle initial steps of leasing a rental property and present homes to prospects.
• Assist with events at properties and support day-to-day leasing tasks.
• Maintain general office and lease files.
• Collect and process monthly rent checks and deposits.
• Provide resident follow up and retention activities.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections as needed.
• Help prepare maintenance service requests for residents.
• Assist in preparing advertising materials to market rentals.

About the position..

The Leasing Associate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our communities. This individual will be responsible for guiding applicants through the rental process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative operations. We are looking to fill this position with our Commerce Park team in Harrisburg, PA.

• Responsible for the initial steps of leasing a rental home.
• Assists with special events held at the properties.
• Presents rental homes to prospects.
• Maintain general office and lease files.
• Collects and processes monthly rent checks and deposits.
• Provides resident follow up and retention.
• Performs move-in and move-out inspections as needed.

• Assists in marketing rental homes through preparation of advertising materials.

Requirements
