Property Management, Inc. in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to manage leasing efforts for multiple apartment communities in the Harrisburg & Lancaster area. Join a growth-oriented, employee-owned company with 55+ years in real estate.

You’ll handle tenant questions, conduct property tours, coordinate applications, and support retention through excellent customer service. Travel to properties is required; PA Real Estate license is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are upheld.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
