Job summary

Metropolitan Management Group is developing a luxury apartment community in Easton, PA, and seeks an enthusiastic Leasing Assistant to guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in. You will nurture relationships to ensure a high-quality living experience and smooth daily operations.

Reports to Leasing Manager with a competitive benefits package. The role requires weekend availability, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-focused mindset, contributing to a dynamic, growth-oriented team

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma required.
  • Ability to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Lease available apartments, including scheduling and showing apartments; renew existing leases.
  • Lead outside marketing efforts and assist with business outreach marketing.
  • Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Build lasting relationships with residents.
  • Communicate important information to residents with professional notices.
  • Process rent payments and maintain collections per policy.
  • Stay updated on Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for work orders and requirements.
  • Utilize property management software to record information.
  • Utilize MS Office for company communications.

  • Lease available apartments, including scheduling and showing apartments as needed; renew existing leases.

  • Conduct market research and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs.

  • Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service.

  • Build lasting relationships with residents.

  • Communicate important information to residents with well written and professional notices.

  • Process rent payments and maintain collections according to policy.

  • Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations.

  • Ensure property site conditions are impeccable.

  • Coordinate and communicate with the maintenance staff to include work orders and maintenance requirements at the property.

  • Lead and/or assist with additional projects and/or duties as assigned by management.

  • Utilize property management software to record and maintain information.

  • Utilize Microsoft office suite for company communications.

Metropolitan Management Group is excited to announce that we are in the construction phase and looking to add an enthusiastic Leasing Assistant for luxury apartment community in Easton, PA. As a Leasing Assistant, you will guide people through the process of becoming a resident from the time they inquire about living with us to the time they move in. You will continue the relationship by taking care of their needs to ensure a high quality of community living and feeling of home. This position will report to the Leasing Manager. Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Marks or Yardi systems a plus.
