Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Professional in Houston to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins and lease signings.

You’ll design local marketing plans, drive traffic through web and referral programs, track occupancy with the property software, and contribute to a strong renewal program while upholding Greystar standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing processes and tours.
• Ability to design and execute local marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Experience with lease renewals and renewal packages.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans and drive traffic via online and employer outreach.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
