Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies, driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention from prospect to move-in and beyond.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in while maintaining high show-ability of the community and collaborating with maintenance and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Ability to conduct property tours, qualify prospects and close leases.
• Familiarity with on-site software and sales tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify them and conduct tours to showcase the community.
• Process applications, perform credit/background checks and prepare leases.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for unit readiness.
• Follow up with prospects to convert tours into leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal activities and ensure documentation is completed on time.
