Location: Grand Blanc, Michigan Area

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Enjoy your weekends - Some Saturdays may be required.)

Compensation: $60,000/Year + Up to $3,000/Year in Bonus Potential!

• Positively motivate on-site teams and help maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
• Travel within the local region to support and elevate our properties.
• Update website information and specials
• Assist with leasing apartments and maintaining occupancy goals

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in apartment leasing sales and/or property management, paired with 3+ years of experience in marketing.
• Digital Savvy: Expert knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Canva. Rent Café and Yardi knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Power Skills: Exceptional communication, top-notch organizational and time management skills, and a professional appearance.
• The Vibe: A positive attitude, the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, and the natural ability to motivate others.
• Ability to pass a soft credit review
