Coast Property Management seeks a friendly, outgoing Leasing Agent for a self-storage facility. This full-time role focuses on helping customers find the right space, processing applications, and maintaining a welcoming on-site environment.

You will answer phones and emails, tour units, handle leasing docs, and ensure accurate lease files. A positive attitude and solid clerical experience are essential to support a busy team.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions.
• Clerical/administrative experience and familiarity with office software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and email for the property
• Maintain cleanliness of storage units and tour path
• Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which units are ready for tours
• Run leasing applications
• Prepare leasing agreements, review with new customers, and ensure complete and accurate lease files

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
• Able to speak to customers and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
