Coast Property Management is seeking a friendly Part-Time Self-Storage Leasing Agent to greet customers, show available units, and process leasing applications. You will manage tours, maintain unit cleanliness, and keep accurate inventory data while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes a proactive, team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow within a supportive company culture. Your schedule is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow written or spoken instructions.
• Clerical/administrative experience and familiarity with office software.
• Ability to communicate with customers and maintain good team relations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and email
• Maintain cleanliness of storage units and tour path
• Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which units are ready for tours
• Run leasing applications
• Prepare leasing agreements, review with new customers, and ensure complete and accurate lease files

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
• Able to speak to customers and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
