Coast Property Management is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician/Leasing Agent for our North Bend storage facility. You will perform make-ready tasks, basic repairs, and help tenants find the right storage solution.

Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour - $25.00/hour

Schedule : Part-Time - 20 to 24 hours a week

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with storage unit make‑ready procedures
• Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings
• Make repairs or replacements as necessary and with Supervisor approval
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Assist with leasing agent role when needed

Qualifications:

• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Previous experience in self‑storage facility maintenance and/or leasing preferred
• General knowledge about building equipment
• Handle requests in a timely manner
• Good safety habits
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to speak to customers and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
