You will answer phones and emails, tour units, handle leasing docs, and ensure accurate lease files. A positive attitude and solid clerical experience are essential to support a busy team.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions.
• Clerical/administrative experience and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails for the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage units and tour path.
• Know occupancy, inventory, and which units are ready for tours.
• Run leasing applications.
• Prepare and review leasing agreements with new customers.
