STYL Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent at our Hampton Point community in McDonough, GA. The role focuses on leasing apartments to prospective residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and serving as a brand ambassador for STYL.

Ideal candidates will have prior customer service or sales experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Weekend availability is expected to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Valid Driver's License may be required depending on property needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing process and provide tour experiences for prospective residents.
• Follow up with current and prospective renters using a CRM.
• Build relationships with prospects and residents to support retention and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the community's online reputation and social media presence.
• Assist in resident engagement events and property marketing.
