Job summary

Infinity Management & Investments, LLC seeks an experienced Leasing Agent for LIHTC, 811 and USDA properties in Caldwell, ID. You will optimize occupancy, deliver outstanding resident service, and coordinate with site staff to meet property goals.

The role requires 2–5 years in property management, proficiency in Yardi and RentCafe, and comfort with Microsoft 365 apps; CAM is a plus. This is an hourly, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years of Property Management experience in LIHTC, 811 and/or USDA.
• Background in supervision and a successful track record of accomplishments.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 products; Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• 2-5 years experience and proficiency in Yardi and RentCafe.
• CAM certification preferred, but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for our low-income housing properties. We are seeking an energetic and driven individual who can be self-motivated, organized, and able to problem solve with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for maintaining the performance efficiency of the property through optimizing occupancy and providing outstanding customer service to both future and current residents as well as prospects.

Essential Duties:

• Provides excellent experiences for our prospects, applicants, and residents.
• Provides positive interaction with prospects and residents by responding promptly to their requests.
• Maintains a cohesive working relationship with Site Superintendents to ensure all property goals are achieved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures that lease files are completed properly and recertifications are done before the required date.
• Submits required reports to Compliance as required.
• Strives for excellence in all areas of customer service.
• Performs any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Compliance Director or IMI.

Requirements
