Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospects, answer questions about the property while adhering to Fair Housing laws.
• Process applications and secure deposits in line with company procedures.
• Update availability reports and coordinate leasing activities with team.
• Maintain model units and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Represent Guardian professionally and support community managers.
