Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full Time Leasing Agent for Broadleaf Arbor in St. Helens, OR. The role covers day-to-day leasing activities, prospect interactions, tours, and application processing, while upholding Fair Housing and Tenant Laws.

The position requires attention to detail, customer-service focus, and English proficiency. Schedule is 40 hours per week (Tue–Sat) with comprehensive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, marketing or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong technology, internet, and general computer use skills; willingness to learn new programs.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to complete training requirements within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian positively and professionally.
• Support Community Manager to meet property management obligations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws (Fair Housing, etc.).
• Greet and tour prospects and answer questions about the property.
• Record visits on reports and file guest cards.
• Explain features and benefits to match residents.
• Inspect model and market-ready units and coordinate related service needs.
• Keep the model unit ready to show and coordinate repairs.
• Regularly inspect property and vacant apartments.
• Understand rent charges, lease issues, and tenant concerns.
• Process applications and secure deposits per procedures.
• Update availability reports and follow up on approvals and status.
• Negotiate move-in dates and secure signatures; orient new residents.
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Administer leasing, including billing, leases, and reports.
• Manage resident relations and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and Guardian information.
• Record time worked and maintain timekeeping discipline.
• Collaborate across departments and with coworkers.
• Strive for process and outcome improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
